Terms and Conditions

It is our aim to bring you the very best in Greek chocolates and confectioney. If you like our chocolates please tell your friends – if you don’t please tell us!

All of our products either contain nuts or may contain traces of nuts.

All of our prices include delivery.

We will always endeavour to dispatch your order, when requested, on the day you place your order - providing your order is received by 2.00 pm. On the rare occasion that a product is not in stock this may not be possible. Should this happen we will try to contact you to propose an alternative product of equal value.

Payments are processed by Worldpay.

Refunds

If you are in any way dissatisfied with our products please return it by post if possible in its original outer box for a full refund. If our goods arrive damaged or faulty in any way please contact us before returning the goods either by email or phone.
We comply with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations (2000). You may return any unopened non food items within seven working days from date of receiving it for a full refund.
Please note the refund value will equal the purchase price that you paid for the product. We regret that we cannot refund you the postal cost of returning the goods to us.

It is our policy not to sell or pass on any personal details. We will store and process any details you provide at the time of registering or purchasing to help support our service to you and from time to time we will provide you with details of our products and special offers.

All prices quoted include 17.5% VAT.

Payment will be processed at the time of order. The name and billing address given must be the same as the registered name and address of the cardholder. Failure to supply correct details may result in your order being delayed until you supply the correct details. In accordance with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations (2000) we will mail you details of your order with confirmation details of payment.

You may cancel your order at any time up until 2.00 pm on the requested day of dispatch. Should you wish to cancel your order please contact our customer services on 08719899677

Delivery

All orders received by 2.00 pm can if requested be dispatched same day. We do not dispatch goods on Saturday or Sunday.

All deliveries are made by Royal Mail 1st class/Standard parcel postal service for the UK and Airmail for the EU and the rest of the world.

Our chocolates are delivered in cardboard cartons to ensure that our products reach their destination in good condition.

If we are delivering your order to a third party address (for example as a gift to a friend) you must please ensure that you provide us with a full and accurate address including the correct postcode.

If we are delivering to a business address, delivery will be made to the address that you have selected. GreekChocolates.com shall be deemed to have delivered your order to the intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area or post room of that address.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to an address containing a P.O. Box Number.

Should there not be someone in to accept delivery during working hours or if the Royal Mail considers that your order will not fit through the letter box a card will be left informing the recipient that they have tried to deliver. They will request that the recipient contacts their local sorting office to arrange collection or to re-deliver at a suitable date.

We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available or due to the recipient failing to contact their local Royal Mail sorting office within a reasonable time to arrange collection or re-delivery.

UK Delivery Area: United Kingdom includes Scotland, England, Northern Ireland and Wales.

EU Delivery Area: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

Rest of World: All other countries not included above.

If returning goods please obtain a proof of posting from your delivery service provider. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. If you require several orders to be sent to different addresses these must be processed as separate orders, unless you prefer to order offline on the phone or mail. If you require assistance on this or wish to provide these addresses separately by e-mail just ‘phone us or mail us and we will arrange this for you.
